H2o is always prepared to support clubs and classes by providing images for websites and magazines. Please contact me with your requirements. Any images supplied will be only for the purpose as requested and we will retain copyright . Any pictures sold for personel use, are not permitted for commercial use.(see commercial use below) We will always require images to be properly credited eg “© Will Tremlett/www.h2ophotos.org.uk” and if used on a website, to be linked back to our site.

“commercial use” is any use in connection with a money-making business, such as use in company adverts, brochures and websites. Our rates for this type of use are very reasonable – please contact me for details.

The copyright of all H2o images are owned jointly by H2o and the photographer who took the picture. Image credits of the form “© Will Tremlett/www.h2ophotos.org.uk” will normally be used.

Copyright Law is obviously beyond the scope of this note but the essence is that you may not use a H2o image without our express permission. This applies equally to H2o images displayed on third party websites: if we have, for example, supplied an image to a class association under the arrangement described above, it is still our property and you may not copy it for your own use without our permission.

All digital images sold are non edited pictures in 3 to 4MB by Email
