Please find below the terms and conditions to help make using H2o Photos simple and easy.
What H2o agrees to do:
Take unlimited photographs on and off the water, as agreed by the club/client that has engaged H2o.To publish the photographs on the company’s web site @ www.h2ophotos.org.uk as soon after as it is possible to do so. (1-2 days normally)To sell the images online and distribute as required, at the price stated on the website unless another price has already been agreed prior to the event with H2o.To be contactable during the event by either mobile phone or VHF if appropriate on the channel used by the event organisers.What you or the club agree to do:
Provide H2o with access to the club premises and any facilities required during the event.To provide H2o with access to the event on-the-water with either a place on the committee boat or another vessel supporting the event if pre discussed with H2o. To provide copies of the sailing instructions, entry list and any other relevant information to do with the event.The copyright of all photographs taken by H2o at an event will belong to H2o.
H2o; is a trading name of H2O LOGISTICS LTD the director of H2O LOGISTICS LTD and principle operator of H2o Photos is Will Tremlett.
the club; is the organisation who has engaged H2o to take photographs of the event, this can be the sailing club, class association or interclub committee if more than one club is organising.
the event; means the yacht race, club or event that H2o has been asked to photograph.
H2o Photos will not accept any responsibility, for any failure, or perceived failure, to produce photographs of an acceptable standard.
